Return Policy

Gypsy Tale accepts returns for store credit only. To be eligible for a return, a return request must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. We recommend trying on all items immediately upon receipt to ensure they meet the return eligibility timeframe.

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for store credit.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@gypsytale.com. A prepaid return shipping label can be provided for a $6.99 fee, which will be deducted from your store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value, less the $6.99 return shipping fee when a prepaid label is used.

Please note that Gypsy Tale is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit. If you choose to use your own shipping method rather than our prepaid return label, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
